Leadership Obsession is a leadership content and development company dedicated to equipping managers and team leaders with leadership frameworks designed for everyday leadership challenges.

Founded by Eric Falcinella, Leadership Obsession was built from years spent leading in the middle of organizations where leadership is often the most demanding. Mid-level managers carry pressure from above, expectations from below, and responsibility in every direction. They don’t need more motivation. They need structure.

With over two decades of real-world leadership experience across corporate environments and church leadership, Eric has led teams, coached underperformance, navigated difficult conversations, and built culture from the inside out. His work is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone.

Eric holds a degree in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Organizational Business Communication, is a Certified Effectiveness Coach, and is certified in Situational Leadership II through The Ken Blanchard Companies.
